WAP on your PC
This is the exact content of Yahoo Mobile Internet page that you can see if you’re using your mobile phone to go to that site. I think not many people know that you can actually “try” those mobile/WAP sites on your normal browser, before using it on your mobile phone.

Email-based bookmark – toread.cc
toread.cc is an email-based bookmark. What does it do? Let’s say you are visiting a website, but decided to read it later. What you need to do is to just click at a special toread favourite (more on this later). Once clicking the favourite, a copy of the page you were reading earlier will be sent to your email.

Going outstation for the weekend
Tomorrow morning, early morning in fact, going to Gopeng for the weekend for a wedding. Hopefully the traffic will be okay. Expected to leave at 6.30am. If everything is smooth, should arrive by 8.45am, in time for breakfast. Hopefully the kids can wake up early.Â

How to create your own Favicon
First of all, what is favicon? This is the little icon that you see in the browser address bar, next to the url. By default, it shows the IE logo or Firefox logo (depending on your browser).
Of late, we’ve seen may sites having their own icon. You must be wondering how this is done. For those who do not know, let me teach how.

A new way of watching TV with Joost
TV on the internet. That’s what Joost is offering. Joost is the world’s first broadcast-quality internet television service offering free programmes. It promises a high quality full screen picture and hundreds of full length shows. There’s also a bunch of plug-in applications such as instant messaging, message boards and news tickers. It is created by Niklas Zennström and Janus Friis, the founders of Skype and Kazaa…. and yes, it’s using the peer-to-peer technology.

File Splitter
File splitter was once a necessary tool during the days where CDs and thumb drives were not born. Nowadays, it is rather unnecessary to have one. The only possible use of a file splitter now is for sending files via email. Your email system probably have some limitations on the size of attachment that can be sent in a single email. Here is the maximum attachment size for some of the popular free email accounts:
I tried a file splitter programme called “The File Splitter“. The installer is very small (322KB).
